Team Training Schedule

All Forge programs are updated and released every 4 weeks instead of each week to allow proper instruction of movements, bring consistency and allow participants to enjoy recognizable adaptations (results) based on periodized exercises.
Yes. Because of the space and the dynamic nature of our new Team Training program, all participants will be required to register with the Member Service Desk for each class you intend to take. Reservations may be made 10 days prior to the scheduled class. Role will be taken as CACFit will track class participation to optimize the schedule as the program continues to grow.
Forge programs include modifications to accommodate generally healthy adults of various capacity. Because the classes are structured for 4 weeks, participants have the deliberate opportunity to track and compare their efforts from the first to last week in a format.

Classes such as Burn and HIIT are best experienced 2 or 3 times each week while Core and Flex are intended to be experienced as often as a participant likes or based on their individual fitness needs.
