CardioKick

Easy-to-follow kickboxing class interval style! Punch/Kick drills utilized to burn fat while building strength.

DanceKlub

A fun-filled dance workout that will put a smile on your face while your heart is racing. Features the hottest top 40 hits while blending hip hop and dance moves that are taught during the class and are easy to follow. You do not have to be a dancer to follow along to the class. Bring a water bottle.

DrumFIT

A rockin’ class that works your entire body, brain to booty. Follow along to energetic routines that use an exercise ball, a plastic tub, and drumsticks. Let the inner rockstar in you come out! Bring a water bottle.

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training that combines bouts of cardio and strength. HIIT training is a proven method that can boost your metabolism while burning loads of calories! Modifications are given for high impact moves. Bring a water bottle.

Fit Fusion

A low-impact class designed for someone looking for a less intense workout. Easy choreographed cardio followed by strength, balance, stability and flexibility training. Modifications given when necessary. Bring a water bottle.

Mat Pilates

Improve balance, flexibility, core and overall body strength through mindful body exercises that incorporate breathing, concentration, and control of movement.

PowerHour

Dynamic strength training utilizing many tools! Build strength and lean muscle to increase your metabolism. As this class is taught by alternating instructors, the format may differ a bit each week. Modifications are given. Bring a water bottle.

Raise the Bar

Come experience total body strength training using barbells, plates, and step platforms all choreographed to upbeat music for a rockin’ workout! This class works every muscle group including core. Build lean muscle with high repetitions and light weight. Low-impact. Bring a water bottle.

Simply Step & Core

An easy-to-follow classic step class that uses platforms and risers. Beginning to intermediate choreography is taught and put together to create a fun routine to follow. Core work for 10-15 minutes at the end of class followed by a quick stretch. Low-impact. Bring a water bottle.

Stretch

An alternative to yoga, this class is great for people who are looking for a gentle and straightforward flexibility workout. A series of poses that are designed to be held longer and cover the whole body. Low-impact. Bring a water bottle.

Strong

A full hour devoted to strength training and core exercises. Build lean muscle with high reps and sets. Burn calories while building. your metabolism. Low-impact. Bring a water bottle.

T-N-T (Tighten & Tone)

A full hour devoted to strength training and core exercises. Build lean muscle with high reps and sets. Burn calories while building your metabolism. Low-impact. Bring a water bottle.

Yoga

There are so many benefits from yoga…reduce stress and anxiety while gaining strength, flexibility, and balance. Improve posture and work on breath control and even improve your sleep! Yoga Flow is a series of smooth flowing poses/postures that correspond with your breath. Modifications are given when necessary. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Zumba

A Latin inspired dance fitness craze! Come shimmy, shake, and have a blast while learning dance routines inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Routines taught during class…all levels are welcome. Bring a water bottle.
