We have helped change the lives of our members so they can live the life they want to the fullest! We don’t believe that exercise is an end but rather a means to an end. Recently, I was on a hike to the top of Mount Ballie with my wife. When we reached the summit we were overjoyed by the breathtaking view of the Fall foliage lining the East Coast. It was there that I was reminded again how keeping fit over the years has helped us enjoy life to the fullest. Now in our 60’s we continue to wish the very same for our members.
We originally opened Courthouse Athletic Club (CAC) because of my love for racquetball. Even back then, I exercised to keep in shape to play racquetball (and perhaps vanity played into that as well). We love hearing stories from our members telling how a healthy lifestyle has helped them live the lives they desire. Being fit has a different meaning for each of us; one of our members recently trained to climb Mount Whitney and were able to reach the summit! Another member, a Grandmother whose desire was to play with her new grandchild, worked hard to lose weight and increase energy and now can do just that. These are the very reasons that we opened the old CAC back in the day and it’s precisely why we are still in business today.
Our goal continues to develop programs that will enable our members to get the results they desire in the shortest possible time so they can spend more time enjoying the life they desire.
Join us where friends, fun, and fitness come together!
