GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our Message, Mission & Promise
For over 40 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to inspiring our staff, members, and community to live better. At CACFit, we believe fitness is a means to an end—not the end itself. It’s about having the strength and energy to fully experience the moments that matter most.
Years ago, my wife and I stood on top of Mount Ballie after a long but rewarding hike. Surrounded by the vibrant fall colors of New England, we felt a deep sense of joy and gratitude—reminded once again how important staying fit has been to truly living life.
Now in our mid-70s, we remain committed to that vision. For my 72nd birthday, I went on a night dive with manta rays. The water was choppy, but my dedication to staying healthy made that extraordinary adventure possible.
We originally opened on July 22, 1981, as the Old Auburn Courthouse (OACH), driven by a passion for racquetball. Even then, fitness was a way to play harder—and yes, with a little vanity too. Today, our greatest reward is hearing stories from our staff and members about how living fit has helped them live better.
At CACFit, our mission continues to be simple:
Compassionate. Friendly. Affordable.
