Sports Explosion
"Taking your game to the next level" Designed for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes who want to improve their sports performance or achieve a higher level of fitness. Players involved in sports such as football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and baseball will gain speed, agility, coordination, and the confidence it takes to be competitive. Training sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00pm -- 6:00pm, beginning May 18, 2010.
