Personal Training

We offer a unique and personalized training program.  Unlike most personal training programs, which incorporate only one or two components, ours is a complete personal training program involving four components.  It is scientifically proven the more components you have tied together in a fitness program, the more likely you achieve results.

The four components include

  • Nutrition
  • Cardiorespiratory Exercise
  • Resistance Training
  • Professional Assistance

Nutrition          

What you eat determines what you get!  Do you know what type of nutrients you're getting out of the food you eat?  Getting the right nutrients in your body determines 60-70% of the results in any fitness program.  

Cardiorespiratory Exercise         

Many people believe more is better.  This can be true.  However, if you train in the proper training zone you can achieve maximum results with minimum effort and time.

Resistance Training        

With a proper resistance training program, you can achieve three times greater results than just randomly choosing exercises in the weight room.  Not only that, but a proper resistance training program will attain much grater results than a mere cardiovascular program by itself.

Professional Assistance        

Professional assistance involves tracking and monitoring your progress to assure you achieve the goals you desire and adjusting your program as you progress.
