Aquatic Programs

The Courthouse Athletic Club hosts a comprehensive swim program offering something for beginning through advanced swimmer and everyone in-between!  Our extra large 33.3 yard pool accommodates swimming lanes with plenty of lanes available for aqua classes and free swim.

Water Aerobics

We offer 8 water aerobics classes per week at convenient morning and evening times to accommodate most schedules.  Get a fantastic workout while cooling down the summer heat in a nice pool with great music. 

Water aerobic classes are free with an all-inclusive membership.

Private Swim Lessons

We offer private swim lessons for children and adults.  Our experienced staff works with all ability levels and is available for both morning and evening lesson times. To maximize progress and provide continuity our lessons are offered in one week sessions on consecutive days Monday through Thursday.

Masters Swim

Our Master Swim program focuses on stroke technique with an emphasis on conditioning in a workout setting.  Whether your goal is a triathlon, competitive swim, or if you simply swim for the love of it our trainers will help you meet your goals. Masters swim is held three times per week in four week sessions.

Meet our Aqua Director -- Tyler Bonner! Tyler is a lifetime swimmer with an impressive competitive swimming background as part of Placer High School and Sierra College swim teams.  

Tyler has five years experience as a swim instructor and coach, working with children and adults. He's Water Safety Instructor (WSI certified) through Red Cross, passionate about swimming, and wants to share his love of swimming with everyone!

Adult FUNdamentals

Like to swim, but not quite comfortable enough to swim in a practice/workout orientated setting?  Feel like you can get across the pool but don’t have the proper form to do it thirty  times? Our FUNdamentals program will place emphasis on the strokes and the necessary techniques you need to add swimming to your fitness regimen.

Adult FUNdamentals is held three times per week in two week sessions.

Child FUNdamentals

This class will place focus on swimming technique in a group setting. Great for those little swimmers who love going back and forth across the pool and are interested in furthering their swimming knowledge and skills. (Child must be able to swim at least one lap across the pool unassisted to join) Child FUNdamentals is held three times per week in two week sessions.
